Jessica Lotz

Jessica Lotz has been the Director of Research and Performance Management for Memphis-Shelby County Schools since 2016.  Jessica manages the district's performance management & research teams, oversees design, publishing and maintenance of school- and district-level data dashboards, and drives the district's research agenda and reporting on performance including monthly key performance indicators for the Board of Education. Jessica has been with the district for eleven years and previously worked as a Strategy and Innovation Advisor before moving into this director role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Rhodes College and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
