Lauren Archer, a fourth-grade teacher at McKinley Elementary School in Westfield, N.J., brings extensive experience in areas such as curriculum development and teacher mentorship. An educator for over a decade, Archer also serves as McKinley School’s Instructional Technology Support teacher and has been a leader of the Westfield Public Schools Language Arts and Social Studies elementary curriculum committees. She was influential on the district’s New Staff Institute Leadership Team, where she designed and delivered professional development for new and veteran teachers.
Archer served on the Monmouth University School of Education Graduate Advisory Board and was nominated for the State of New Jersey Distinguished Clinical Intern Award in 2016.
